Are you looking for ways to save money? We can help. If you are a Southwest Gas residential customer meeting certain income guidelines, you may qualify for assistance in paying your bills.

California Energy Savings Assistance Program (formerly known as the Low-Income Energy Efficiency Weatherization Program) - Whether you own or rent your residence, the Southwest Gas Weatherization Program is a great way to increase the energy efficiency of your home. It provides qualified limited-income customers with money-saving improvements at no cost.
California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) Program - You may qualify for the Southwest Gas California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program. The CARE program provides a discount on monthly gas bills to income-qualified customers at their primary residence. CARE eligibility is determined by the total gross household income and number of people living in the residence.
California Additional Medical Baseline Program - This program is only available to California customers of Southwest Gas Corporation (the Company) who are full-time residents of the household.
Deferred Payment Program - If you can demonstrate a hardship and have outstanding bills, our deferred payment plan allows you to pay your bill over an extended period of time.
Energy Share Program - This program is an emergency fund which provides direct assistance to qualified people with unexpected financial difficulties, such as the loss of a job or a medical emergency. Your tax deductible Energy Share donations are completely managed and distributed by The Salvation Army. One hundred percent of all donations are used to help families and individuals in need.

Examples of energy-saving measures are caulking, insulation, weather-stripping, ductwork repairs and windows.
